PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, INVESTING NOW will not be accepting new applicants for the Summer 2021 recruitment period at this time. The program is currently in a period of reconstruction and will conduct recruitment at a later date. Any and all online application submissions are still received into our database, but they will not be reviewed in time for the summer program as they have been in the past. 

During the month of June & July, INVESTING NOW accepted students who are going to 9th, 10th and 11th grade attend classes on the University of Pittsburgh’s campus. Students take non-credit classes in mathematics, science and writing in the morning. In addition to the required academic classes, students participate in an engineering project class in the afternoon. The summer session concludes with a program at which classes display and demonstrate their work, and students receive awards for their accomplishments. 

This program is only for Accepted INVESTING NOW Students.

2020 Summer Enrichment Session will begin this year on June 29th, 2020 and end July 23rd, 2020.

June 2020 Program Update:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, INVESTING NOW 2020 will take on a brand new approach to STEM Engagement and Learning. Through virtual applied learning, our students will be engaged in a way that will equip them with skills that will help whether on or offline. Joining forces with local math instructors, The Mascaro Institute, and the Camp BioE team, we anticipate an enriching summer that will connect students with career aspirations, a sense of community, and amazing finished engineering projects. While the deadline for admission has passed, we urge you to stay connected via our social media and see how our students are investing in their summer.
